Recent was a study on fat, which is a not required part that grows in our body when care is not taken. Fat is a chemical substance that is formed due to excessive presence of cholesterol in blood. They are normally found in abdomen region, sometimes in legs and hands. When a human being consumes lot of cholesterol in oil medium, fat starts to accumulate on some of the internal organs like stomach, intestines, on muscles. </p>

<p>Fats are little helpful if present, they provide alternate energy if no energy is found for metabolic activities. Each and every person knows that fat is the main lead way to many diseases. It affects cardiovascular system which includes heart, diabetes, bone and joint disorders, also affects the metabolic activities. Blood pressure is also been affected leading to high and low BP (blood pressure).</p>
<p>While taking a glance on the study made recently. These fat tissues in human being produce some kind of a chemical that causes inflammation. Inflammation is a function included in our immune system, normally inflammation act as a protective layer for the external disease causing agents. Some times it becomes abnormal when it is over reacted inside. When this happens our immune system gets weak, so that it will not have the capacity to protect our body. </p>
